Located on the bustling Walk, the new hotel overlooks Jumeirah Beach and will offer a fresh, funky and distinctive experience to travellers- blending cosmopolitan lifestyle with beach front relaxation.

It is acontemporary upscale five-star hotel with 294 modern and superbly comfortable rooms and suites located over 19 floors. There will be a total of three outlets including The Talk, a three-pronged concept outlet which offers international cuisine, a built in sushi bar and a poolside lounge complete with cabanas and DJ station.

The West Beach Bistro will serve up a modern twist on old classics in a casual gastro bar atmosphere while The Falls lobby lounge will be the spot for tête-à-têtes, fresh coffee and light bites.

Overlooking the infinity pool that is perched above the sandy shore of the Arabian Gulf is a modern gym and spa with a host of unusual and quirky treatments to choose from. Melrose ballroom, the business centre and break out conference rooms are all located on the first floor and are ideal for business conferences and social gatherings.
